Abby's Blog July 25th!

Today our first stop was the Pig N' Pancake, it was where we had breakfast! I got hot cocoa for a drink. It had a bunch of whipped cream on the top. Mommy wanted to give Gideon a piece of the whipped cream, but he said he didn't like it. Keep note of that, it will be interesting to know at the end of the day. They were very good. Next was a lot more driving.

Next was Astoria, OR, we just drove right through it. The only reason it was special is because it was where part of The Goonies was filmed. Next we got to our hotel, the Springhill Suites. We waited for a bit and then we went out for a great dinner at a sushi joint. I had a bunch of Udon noodles and some sweet beef. And for the appetizer, I had edamame beans, YUM, they were delicious!!! After that, we went to Sonic and got some shakes. This is where the whipped cream comes in. Gideon gets a cookies and cream shake and starts eating the whipped cream. Mommy says "I thought you didn't like the whipped cream". Gideon says "I yike the whipped cream". They kept on chatting, it was a long ride home.
