Today began with a later start for all, then breakfast back at our resort. But that late wake up did leave me a chance to sit and hang out with my friend!

After breakfast, we had one more picture we wanted to retake on the beach, so we all headed down there after a slow morning of reading. Dad, who doesn't like the beach very much, helped us make the photo and decided to go back and relax by the pool. More ocean for us, I guess. Mom, Gideon and I had a great time in the waves.
The rest of the day you've heard before. Read, sleep, eat, pool, drink and repeat. I did finish the book I was reading, though! The issue was I didn't expect to read so much or so quickly, so I was out of books! I had the sequel to the book I just read in the car, but I didn't bring it! I ended up buying it on Nook just to get started.
It was with a heavy heart we left the pool. Of course, I had to have one more pinya yada before we left. I will miss this part of the vacation. It's definitely the most my speed. Me and Gideon comforted ourselves with a Gossip Girl watch session and some blog writing.
Dinner was at the one restaurant I was pretty certain I wouldn't enjoy anything from, but as it turned out the sushi was pretty good and I had pasta, which can never lose!
Then was the part we'd all (Gideon) been waiting for! Fitness center time. We started with 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 of which I did while accidentally pedalling backwards. Gideon was astonished. He tried it and decided that was significantly harder than forwards. I agree. Then things became more disorganized. We did several reps of random excercises until we felt satisfied. But at the end of the day we are just teenagers on vacation, so we wrapped up pretty quickly and headed back to the room. After all, we had more Gossip Girl and blogging to do!
Nice Deed of the Day: Dad helped a family pass down some sandals from the pool to the beach because one of them was immobile!
Boy Meets Comb: Episode 5 —
Today before dinner, when everyone was all showered up, Gideon let me put some curl cream in his hair! His hair has been so thick and curly this week we knew we had to try it! I didn't get a picture but it was very cute and had a lot of volume when it dried!
