Adam's Blog July 11th, Day 6!
On our rest day we swam at the hotel for two hours while Courtney did laundry and wrapped some work up. We got our stuff together, picked up some needed materials and headed out to POPS for lunch.
Now this place is my kind of joint. More soda flavors than I know what to do with. I wish we had the time to sample them all. Well most, it has a sodagusting section as they call it which included flavors like Pirate Piss and Dragon Drool. There is also traditional american food out of a cafe. We grabbed 12 different soda flavors to try as we head on down the road including a sarsaparilla, Peach Nehi, a key lime soda, and others.
We head out caching for a bit before heading out to a friend of Susan and Courtney's house for the night. This included some nice homemade food for dinner and some nice conversation. Bedtime for now.
